How it works
Future Match at CEBIT is a brokerage event which is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation and business partners.
Participants meet from 12th to 15th of June 2018 at the Future Match stand at CEBIT (hall 16 / stand D18) for pre-arranged bilateral face2face meetings. Each meeting will last around 25 minutes. The next round of meetings starts after a short break.

1. Online registration
A registration fee of 110 € (+ 19% VAT) will be charged online via credit card. No German VAT will be charged to organisations from outside Germany, if a valid VAT-ID is provided. The fee includes one free entrance e-ticket to CEBIT. If you are a CEBIT exhibitor or a buyer/user, please view our special offers.
Your profile will be published as soon as the payment is completed and confirmed.
Please note: The registration fee will not be refunded, if you do not participate in the event or do not have any meetings scheduled.
2. Create a cooperation profile
All cooperation profiles will be published online and each participant will be able to see your cooperation profile. You can change your profile at any time. Describe what kind of technology/product/expertise you are offering or looking for and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners.
You can also select the convenient meeting sessions.
3. Selection of bilateral meetings
Booking of bilateral meetings
Once the most promising partners are found, you can select them for bilateral meetings. Each participant can book meetings and can also be requested. It is not necessary to make any further meeting arrangements regarding meeting times or location. BUT please cancel meeting requests you are not interested in!
Your personal meeting schedule
All meeting requests will be scheduled for you. A few days before the event, you will receive your personal meeting schedule (furthermore, you can constantly check your meeting schedule online). The meeting schedule will provide the time, meeting table and your conversation partner.
Please contact the organiser as soon as possible for changes considering your meeting schedule.
4. At the event
Please attend the registration desk at the Future Match stand (hall 16 and stand D18) 10 minutes before your first meeting. You will receive a name badge and an updated version of your meeting schedule including last minute changes. Each meeting lasts around 25 minutes.
Meetings with exhibitors in hall 16 may take place at their respective stand. Please check your personal schedule for details.
Our staff will be at your disposal during the whole matchmaking event.
After the event, you will be asked for feedback regarding your meetings. Your feedback will help us to improve our services and assist you further, if required. Please inform your local Enterprise Europe Network Partner, if you initiate any cooperation as a result of Future Match.
